Our standard rental period is typically 24 hours, but we understand that every event is unique. When should I reserve?

We recommend reserving your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Booking 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal, but we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Reach out to us today to secure your date and start planning your event with confidence!

Am I able to make changes or cancellations?

Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can make adjustments to your order or cancel your reservation, but we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to our policies, which may include deadlines and fees. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.

I completed a quote online. Is that a reservation?

No, completing a quote online is not a confirmed reservation. Your quote provides an estimate based on your requested items and dates. To secure your rental, you’ll need to confirm your booking with us and complete any required deposit or payment. Reach out to us after receiving your quote, and we’ll guide you through the reservation process!

How do I make payment?

We accept cash, check,  Visa, & Mastercard.

Payment may be mailed, accepted in-person in our showrooms, or by credit card over the phone.


What about late night, early morning, or Sunday deliveries and pick-ups?

We understand that events don’t always happen during standard hours, so we offer flexible delivery and pick-up options to meet your needs. Late-night, early-morning, or Sunday services are available upon request and may include additional fees.
